The bottoms however are too short and tight for my wide hips and muscular thighs. I really wish I could have a L top and XL bottom. Then I would give this 5 stars.

I would definitely size up in this, especially if you are busty! I purchased a Large: I am 5'10, 180ibs & typically a 12 in Jeans/Shorts - This will work for the time being, but I would definitely be more comfortable in an XL. I am smaller chested so the tops fit great, but the shorts are tighter and roll at the thighs < they are SHORT, which I don't mind as they still provide more coverage!
