On receiving this kit, I was pleased to find a nice black zippered fabric case, some basic instructions and the BP monitor itself. You will need a stethoscope to use this (which is not included.) Put the cuff round the arm and you're ready to go. Gives very accurate consecutive readings and I'm really happy to recommend this to anyone fed up with having their blood supply cut off by one of the electronic monitors which seem to take an absolute AGE to go down and leave you with a dead arm. I was trained to use a sphygmomanometer years ago, but the premise is really simple and explained in the little booklet. I'm certainly happy to use this to keep an eye on my husband's BP without worrying if the readings are accurate or not. I bought this about one year ago and it was really useful and accurate . I use it daily at my work as GP. Last few days, something wrong with my bulb and valve . I cannot check the blood pressures due to that . I contacted mdf customer team through amazon and they replied instantly with link to apply for replacement.
