When using I recommend for it to be left in for at least 20 mins for a really deep conditioning treatment before rinsing well. Towel dry hair then follow with a small amount of Aunt Jackie's leave In Conditioner . Dry and style as normal for super soft super shiny hair. **Q: Is it in a glass jar and cruelty free?** A: It comes in a plastic jar, I believe it is cruelty free (not 100% sure) **Q: Can I use on relaxed hair which is dull with no shine.** A: Yes I have used this on my relaxed hair but there are better hair masks that you could use for shine etc. The ORS range Of products are excellent for relaxed hair. Try their hair relaxer it leaves hair shiny and soft. **Q: Can you use with a heat cap?** A: I can't see why not.
