They are very small soft gel caps and easy to swallow. Although these are half the dose if my previous brand I started to notice a difference in my skin, hair and nails after two weeks, and a month later a much bigger difference. My hair is growing back, nails are stronger, and small wrinkles have plumped out. The previous brand was a higher dose but tasted awful and I didn't notice anything working.
