Used on bathroom tiles and it’s really freshened them up, it’s a large marker type pen but if you wipe away the excess immediately it’s so easy to use and mess free! Really recommend. Have only just done it so can’t comment on the durability, but it’s dried down well and I’ve got high hopes

**Q: The Grout Pen I received has a dry white tip, is it broken or did I receive the wrong colour?**
A: Tips need to be primed before use, all brand-new Grout Pens have a dry white tip until they are activated.

**Q: The tip of my Grout Pen fell out or is worn down, is my pen broken?**
A: Tips are designed to be removable so when a tip becomes worn or damaged it can be taken out and flipped over. If the tip falls out do not worry, simply put it back in and keep working.

**Q: Do I need to press down hard while moving the pen along the grout lines?**
A: Pressing hard will damage the tip. It's better to prime the pen by pressing up and down until the ink flows to the tip. Once the tip is fully saturated, lightly move the pen across the grout line.

**Q: The colour of the pen cap is not exactly the colour I want**
A: The Grout Pen colour chart is a good representation, please keep in mind that computer screens can display slightly different colour spectrums, it is recommended to do a small test area first if you are not sure about the colour.

Was cautious about buying this, but in the end I caved because my bathroom tiles were horrendous, I ended at the conclusion, well, what could make it worse? I ordered this and it arrived next day which was brilliant in itself. I quickly got to work and sorted out the tiles. oh my goodness the difference this makes! We live in a rented property, so redoing the bathroom isn't an option, but you still want everything to look nice on a budget. This completely revamped the tiles, which makes them as good as new. It is so easy to use, and if you do get a little lost, the instructions (for once) were incredibly helpful. The thick tip means you do miss bits, but also means you can get in between the hard to reach bits. Have already recommended to family and friends, I am that impressed! Would 100% buy again if needed.
