I generally wear it while out and about once a week, and always receive compliments from at least two strangers who are drawn to it. I always I let them know that they can find it on Amazon to help out the seller.As for what it does for me on a more personal level: When I am not wearing it, I drape it over my headboard just above where I sleep. This is not something I typically do, but it's so pretty, and it complements the other colors in the room. Within the first night or two of keeping it there, I noticed a remarkable transformation in my dream-life and how I feel when I wake up. I have always been sensitive to energy, and as an empath, greatly sensitive to the energy fields of other people. Prior to my experience with this pendant (for countless years), I woke up in the morning feeling depressed and upset about the content of my dreams, taking hours every morning to shed those feelings and get my head into a positive space to meet the needs of the day.
