I'd been feeling unwell, lacking energy and generally run down for months. I had a spate of what were tentatively diagnosed as "migraines" last year and had sluggish mental reflexes and reduced powers of concentration. I took this and almost immediately I felt an improvement, felt lighter, started to feel well in myself. It has been consistent and although I have been through a period where I've had an excessive workload and have had to work long hours, I have had plenty of energy to get through.This may not have the same effect on everyone and if you are feeling healthy and normal it may well not make much difference. But for those who are convalescing and in need of a boost it may well be worth considering. I was reading about it and there is some evidence that it prevents migraines and helps other neuro problems from developing. It's also meant to help lower blood pressure and prevent heart problems. Having cardiac problemsand taking statins daily left me with an ache or cramplike feeling in my calves.
