I've gone from using the large at a 30.5" waist to the small size as I'm now a 27.5" waist. They are very good quality and comfortable, as well as supporting my back and posture which is an added bonus. My only issue is I didn't really see or feel a difference in the medium and small sizes. The size chart says you should have a 24-26" waist for a small but with my 27.5" waist it fits me on the smallest setting and I've been wearing it for the last few days, 8+ hours a day without even noticing it.
