Folks, these are 100% pure cacao beans, dried and crushed into minute pieces. It's like snacking directly on the chocolate equivalent of coffee beans. If you're expecting smooth milk chocolate, you're several stages of processing (and a bunch more ingredients!) away from what you're imagining. Onto the nibs themselves: They're really good. Raw, organic, crushed small enough to be useful. They're also surprisingly 'sweet' (I say that in quotes; of course, there's no sugar, so this is sweet in the same way that wine can be 'smoky with hints of fruit!'.) They're also an excellent price and available in a range of quantities. These are perfect for keto recipes. Net carbs are less than 5% of weight. I sprinkle these on clotted cream and indulge several times a week (day?). Mmmm!
