He also likes to use it as a nightlight but it is very bright and does not have a timer so has to be manually switched off.Great for Christmas decoration if you have somewhere out of the wet weather to place it outside. I would recommend this lovely bear.

**Q: is this polar bear ok for outside use**
A: I shouldnt think so it is battery operated so there is no electrical risk but think water would damage it quite easily so on a crisp dry night it might be ok but otherwise I wouldnt risk it...it is probably smaller than you think...I sit mine on the window sill (inside)!
