Well familiar with kinesiology / sport tape but this tape gave that additional support with less movement yet allowing me to walk and later run with this tape again while ligaments are still sensitive. I know don’t run then but after 3 months it is slow progress with great support. Good for wet conditions and really stick well while coming off without the excess glue some sporty tape leaves. I will now always have this in my running and emergency kit. Great stuff!
