Losing about a stone and a half, even 7- 8 pounds would be great but I think that the way to lose weight depends on the reason why you are overweight in the first place. I have exercised almost every day for the past 10 days or so while taking this for that time. I have not lost weight and instead I decided that I need to look for something else.On the plus side, the product arrived super fast and I appreciate that it is clean, natural and people have not reported side effects much. I see that it works for some people. I did not experience constipation, in fact, found it helpful for my digestion and did get the sense that fat was being expelled. It seems like I have more energy for taking them.However, I did not notice any change. Since I do not really eat much fat, sugar, or carbs, perhaps it didn't have much to bind or absorb.
