**Q: How does the handle fit onto it? Do you use the supplied screw?**
A: Yes a screw is supplied and is generally in a sealed bag and attached to the ring at the end of handle.

**Q: Does the product remove weeds?**
A: Sorry, no. It scratches the soil, (scarify) to dislodge dead grass and moss.

**Q: Do you push or pull this device?**
A: it can be very hard to move about  depending on how thick your moss is but i found it is easiest to push

**Q: Does it come complete with handle**
A: Yes it does, a nice strong telescopic handle that you can adjust, depending on the angle you wish to rake at. A longer handle goes in deep and is harder work, but shorter gives a top rake and gets out quite a lot of moss and will rake up leaves and similar.

This was perfect for scarifying a small lawn but really hard work physically !Although I would not hesitate to recommend it if you have a strong core and significant arm strength.I have however decided to purchase a cordless scarifier for my side lawn and front lawn as they are much bigger and couldn’t face doing it manually ( still aching!) and looking forward to the battery driven one arriving and doing all the hard work for me.

Ok so most importantly I can confirm this does a brilliant job of removing dead grass and built in moss. It leaves the soil lovely and fluffy and perfect to add seed or fertiliser. I thought my lawn was beyond saving but this tool has done a great job. That is the good news. Oh and it is very easy to assemble (1 screw!)The less good news is the amount of effort that you have to put into it. It is very physical. I ended up doing a small section each day which is good exercise and gets the job done. If you have a massive lawn then this is not suitable but for my front lawn which is about 10ft x 20ft it is ok. Overall more than satisfied.

When installing the blades and telescopic connector, especially when misaligning the last screw hole, considerable force is required to align it and insert it. However, the result is excellent, and my hands no longer feel sore. I wish I had known about this tool sooner!
