BioTech Pharmacal - DIM (100mg) - 100 Count

I've been taking them for about a week and am feeling much better. There have been no side effects. Do not put the bottle in your purse or open in a public space. They SMELL REALLY BAD!!!! They have a rotten egg sulphur type smell. They smell like rotten broccoli. I keep my bottle in a tupperware container to contain the smell. It's worth the trouble if they work.

Recommend by my hormone doctor and is the fest DIM I’ve taken out of several different ones. It does smell strongly of cabbage. But it works!

I have a problem with the proper conversion and healthy metabolism of estrogen. Ever since using this product, this is no longer an issue. The BioTech brand of DIM is considered a quality product by many medical professionals who specialize in hormones. I have been using this product for many years and will continue to do so.UPDATE Dec 2017: Years ago, I originally rated this 5 stars. I eventually stopped using this product because it contains soy BUT it also contains B12 in the methylcobalamin form. Once I found out about my MTHFR gene mutation variation, I stopped using any methyl form of B12 and changed over to the hydroxo form. I also changed the DIM to the soy free Designs for Health DIM Evail and have done really well with it.

The DIM seems to work as advertised and helps with my physical well being. The purpose of taking DIM is to supplement my intake of cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, brussel sprouts, cauliflower,etc) to promote prostate health.

I've been taking this for around 3 years. I've learned to make certain that I don't run out!
