I used to take these years ago but stopped when it all settled down. I started taking these again 2 weeks ago, I take 2 a day in a morning after breakfast and they have really made a difference. I noticed a vast improvement after about 5 days and I'm still almost symptom free. The painful bloating seems to be a thing of the past and I'm more regular (toilet wise) now than i have been in months.
