After reading the instructions I understood that it's a 3-10 week + process. I followed instructions perfectly and I have a Norway spruce starting to sprout after only 2 weeks! With the extra seeds I decided to see if they would work by putting them ontop of wet kitchen roll in individual pots and I now have a Scot's pine and another Norway spruce starting to sprout which I will soon put into small pots with compost. I will update my review in a month or so if any progress. I'm really pleased so far. I have had several Bonsai tree kits in the past and can honestly say that this is one of the best I've seen so far. The box is strong and well printed, it clearly shows the types of trees you can grow with this set (Red maple, scots pine, judas tree, wild orchid, dawn redwood). Inside the box you get a pack of each type of seed, mini growing pots, soil pellets, plant markers + pencil, plastic bags, tools, and an instruction guide. The quality of this set is very high, nothing feels overly cheap, you even get far more seeds than you will actuall need, so if you fail at growing anything the first time, or want to try growing more, you will have the oportunity to save some seeds for later use. The instructions are printed in a small book and have been written in multiple languages, it is written clearly and everything is easy to follow.
