I have used this roller several times since it arrived, and have found it to be universally excellent. Several intelligent design factors make it worthy of five stars. The first is the size. This is a small roller, around 40 cm long. This is actually a smart design move for two reasons. Firstly, it makes storage of the roller much more achieveable, and secondly, the length is the perfect size to incorporate either one or both legs in massage treatment. The design of the roller features triangular protrusions that act as focus points for the massage process. This means that the roller achieves very high pressure massage in targeted areas, especially when compared to a smoother surfaced roller. Having used this roller for massage immediately after a half marathon, I have found it to be excellent at targeting specific areas of muscle. My IT band and outer calf muscle were especially sore, and 5 minutes on each leg with this roller was fantastic. The morning after using, I found my muscles to be looser and more flexible. For severe DOMS or post race recovery or for some really targeted relief and treatment, this roller is utterly superb. A great piece of kit.

Wow! Amazing roller! It hits all the right trigger points :) and as a bonus comes with online video exercises! Well worth the price. I had terrible back pain causing headaches for weeks and needed a professional massage, I purchased this instead to see how I would get on and ...WOW... don't get me wrong IS Extreme but if that's what you need that's what you get! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ It provides what it advertises but not for everyone

I am BETA tester and this item was give to me to try it for free. I do BJJ and sustained an injury a few months ago. Using a foam roller was a huge part of my recovery so I had high expectations on this one. The quality of the product is most definitely 5 stars. Really good quality however, even though I have recovered I had a really hard time in being able to use due to it's size (too small) which makes it hard to use it. Furthermore, being an extremely hard roller, it wasn't pleasant (which I already expected as foam rollers never are!) and because unlike the typical roller this one doesn't have a smooth/flat base, it will deliver what it promises - High density massage. I wouldn't recommend it if you have an injury or if you're not used to foam rollers, however, if you train frequently, if you're used to the traditional foam roller and need a level above then I would recommend it. Just be aware of the size. 4 stars because of the excellent quality of the product and for the fact that it provides what it advertises, unfortunately, I find it too be quite small in length.
