The support provided was excellent, and the fracture has now healed well, such that the support is no longer needed. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Comfortable to wear and supportive. *by R***R on 4 December 2016* This splint is the best of a variety I have tried and is also the closest match to a model (by a different manufacturer) given to my by my hospital physio (for carpal tunnel). I find it reasonably comfortable to wear. A problem with other models is that the thumb strap cuts into my skin at the inside base of my thumb and are uncomfortable. Although this can also happen with this splint at least I can move/adjust the thumb strap to alleviate this. My one quibble would be that the stitching around the boarder of the sleeve /retainer holding the metal brace in place has a tendancy to unpick after a while with wear. - this is the 4th brace i've purchased.
