I have a large head (23.5") and was concerned it would be too small. It fits great with enough stretch and compression to be comfortable. Pros: -The fabric is very soft and comfortable and provides full blackout from light. -I like that it fits comfortably over my hair and ears. -The cooling effect lasts a while, but even after it is gone, it doesn't feel hot or sweaty. I can easily sleep a full night with it on. -i get overheated easily, so this will be great in the summer months. -it gets cold in the freezer very quickly! 30 minutes in the freezer provides immediate relief. Cons: - if it's left in the freezer for a while, it's almost too cold. I can see how it might be too intense for some people. -my eyes are sensitive to the cold, so sometimes I can't stand it. Overall, I'm extremely happy!
