Add some liquids; zesty lemon juice, rich red wine, organic apple cider vinegar and finally mix in the seasonings; fennel seed, sweet red pepper, fresh garlic and voila!; an artisan vegan sausage with sizzle, texture and personality!

I am vegan and this vegan Italian "sausage" is so good. I use it plain and mixed with sauces and other vegetables. Makes a great hot "sausage" sandwich.

I've bought a few different brands of plant-based sausages and these are the best so far. The texture isn't exactly the same as meat, but that doesn't bother me. What I do like is that they're GMO free and soy free, unlike Impossible products that are based on genetically engineering soy (and God knows what else).
