Review: Supposed to be gloss but shoots out like stone chip - The paint is good, the spray valve is garbage. With a very light finger one can get the correct finish but you will end up cursing the application. 2 out 2 cans can't be just unlucky, even switching the nossel doesn't help as it seems to be the valves fault

The paint is good, the spray valve is garbage. With a very light finger one can get the correct finish but you will end up cursing the application. 2 out 2 cans can't be just unlucky, even switching the nossel doesn't help as it seems to be the valves fault

### ⭐ Too thin, requires too many coats

I tested a can of Hycote Gloss White with a variety of materials and undercoats and I was very disappointed by how thin it is. Looks like most of the can's content is plain solvent. I applied 7 layers of this paint over a grey primer and I can still see the primer through the paint. I am returning the rest of the cans, as it's clearly not fit for purpose, and I cannot recommend it, except if your project requires a very thin paint.
