I usually tweeze the little hairs on my upper lip, but it can be time consuming if I can't get good lighting etc. I really wanted a quick and efficient alternative that didn't involve booking into a salon. I had tried wax strips in the past and, twice, ended up with impetigo! I'm a clean freak and I'm extremely particular about cleaning the area well, before and after etc. which leads me to believe that the problem was with the product... but anyway, I'm all for the Epiwand.
