Quite a lot surprisingly. I got the sponge as it was recommended to me. One of my mates has amazingly clear and fresh skin. I asked her how she manages to do it. As well as a couple of other face washes she said to use a konjac sponge. I couldn't imagine how a sponge could do anything to my spot prone skin but hey found this one at a good price. Now only a couple weeks in and I'm amazed.. Facce feels and looks a million times better. I will swear by this sponge now. So to sum up yes a good sponge. Lasting well as long as you wash it out well after use. ### ⭐ Poor quality *by L***S on 4 September 2017* Sponge started to disintegrate soon after purchase, large hole in it now. Not exfoliating enough for me. ### ⭐ Poor quality *by A***R on 28 June 2018* I bought a different sponge than usual unfortunately it was not good quality and has disintegrated.
