It is a little difficult to put in as you have to find the hole inside your nose (a bit tricky without oddly positioned mirror and lighting), however I just took it in to where I get my piercings done (Oddbody Tattoo Studio in Twyford), and they put it in for me free of charge. It came out once due to my own clumsiness and so had to wear it backwards for a week until I could get my piercer to put it back in properly but that was my fault, not the product's. Overall, a few struggles but can't praise this product enough, beyond pleased with it! The 6mm is super small so not advisable for a nose piercing but would be fine for some ear piercings. The seller replaced my 6mm with 2 more 8mm at no extra cost. nothing was too much trouble.
