If you have had loads of waste of money brush buying disasters like me and are sceptical like I was about about so many good reviews for this one: THE WET BRUSH-PRO, then read on. It smooths out my tangles like a hot knife through butter without dragging half my hair from its roots. the bristles do not dig into my head. it feels like someone is massaging my scalp not scalping it. the handle is comfortable and it looks great in the colour pink. now the final test will be if the black bristle base remains firmly in place in the pink surround. If there is no further comment from me after today 14 June 2017 just assume that it has! Update April 2018 - remains firm in the base after much use and frequent cleaning.
