Review: At last I've found the perfect felt tips! - The search for the perfect colouring pens is over! These are the best I have found. I have bought many different types of felt tips for my children, and without fail each type has ended up in the bin due to the lids not being put back on and the pens drying out. This is such a simple idea but a very clever and effective one. The lids have to be threaded on to the ring, which is probably a job for an adult as it was a little fiddly. Then the pens are taken off the lid (rather than the usual other way round!), and once the child has finished with the pen it's clipped back onto the lid. Also very good for safety as the lid can't be put in the mouth. No lost lids, no dried out pens, no pens scattered everywhere - I intend to only buy these types of pens from now on. They are more expensive than the cheap felt tips that are available, but every type I've tried before just ends up being thrown away from drying out, so actually it is a much more economical buy. **Q: I love these pens but one of our rings has broken, can you buy extra cap rings separately?**
A: Sorry to hear abour ring, but unfortunately you can buy rings separately, they come as part of the set.

**Q: What shape barrel are these?**
A: They are round (cylindrical) where the lids are but then taper towards the end and are flat at the ends. They do not roll off the table. I would highly recommend these pens, we are on our 6th pack and I've bought them as presents for people. They all stay together and kids seem to enjoy replacing the lids to keep them all together so they do not dry out.

**Q: Im.looking for.no smudge pens for a left handed boy ... do these smudge ?**
A: Both myself and my son are left handed and we use these pens. Smudging has not been an issue for us. We like them a lot.

**Q: Are these crush resistant nibs? Looking to get for a toddler. Thanks**
A: They are very strong! But like most things in the hands of a toddler, not indestructible.

The search for the perfect colouring pens is over! These are the best I have found. I have bought many different types of felt tips for my children, and without fail each type has ended up in the bin due to the lids not being put back on and the pens drying out. Then the pens are taken off the lid (rather than the usual other way round!), and once the child has finished with the pen it's clipped back onto the lid. Also very good for safety as the lid can't be put in the mouth. No lost lids, no dried out pens, no pens scattered everywhere - I intend to only buy these types of pens from now on.
