Awful connectivity. *by C***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 12 February 2018* Appalling product.I've now owned 2 of these after the first broke and had to be exchanged.First time using the power button broke and wouldn't turn off. Then when I connected it to the PC, it wasn't recognised at all and wouldn't charge. Happy to accept it may have been a one-off, I ordered a new one and Amazon kindly refunded the original.The second one wasn't much better. The power problem was resolved, but this time there were frequent errors connecting to the PC. Although the device was recognised, transferring music failed every time and returned an error message saying the device could not be found (even though it was showing in control panel). Totally useless if music can't be loaded.Real shame, because the 1 time it did work, the sound quality and volume (especially underwater) were impressive. ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars good but doesn't last *by M***F on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 6 March 2018* It worked well for about 3 months.
