A: I have a similar model with a 200m rating and have had no problem swimming regularly with it. Great watches for the price. I have two Invictas

**Q: How large is the band.... I have 8 3/4 wrist and was wondering if it will fit ?**
A: It will just barely fit. By my measurement it is 8 3/4" on the inside with the clasp in the last hole.  I did have condensation build up inside the lens after only a half a dozen dives not exceeding 50 feet.
