They have a shimmer to them but definitely a great buy in my opinion. **Q: Is sleek makeup cruelty free?** A: No its not cruelty free unfortunately it doesn't say it on the box so no its not 😟😟 **Q: Do they blend out well or is it hard to blend?** A: 2 of them are waxy & I found them really difficult to blend.
