A: China

**Q: Is this product buckwheat groats or not?**
A: I'm not sure what buckwheat groats are.  These are the raw buckwheat seeds.

**Q: are these hulled**
A: Yes, these are hulled.  In unhulled buckwheat the shells are dark.

**Q: Can you eat this just out of the packet ?**
A: No. It needs to be cooked. Boil for 10 minutes, and simmer for a further 15 minutes, stiring occasionally.
