Got in contact with dimplex . There going to give me replacement fire as a swap. Dimplex customer service was fantastic and quick to get in touch with me . So apart from the fire went faulty just before the warranty every thing is ok . Would by again as I got two other dimplex heaters in use in home .

Lovely fire, belts the heat out .very quiet, nice and traditional look . Unfortunately it's worked for a year and was faulty just before the years warranty was up . Got in contact with dimplex . There going to give me replacement fire as a swap. Dimplex customer service was fantastic and quick to get in touch with me . So apart from the fire went faulty just before the warranty every thing is ok . Would by again as I got two other dimplex heaters in use in home .

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Attractive simple fire, good value for the price. Reliable brand, but a couple of downsides.

It’s an attractive fire. I prefer the log effect to coal effect. Easy to set up, just lift from the box and plug in. Slimline so it does not occupy the whole fireplace. Despite being a 2000watt I would say it does not have great heating capacity. Maybe in a smaller room it would be fine. The flames at the back are very fast and distracting, slightly slower would be more natural. Also the controls, are next to the fan heater, so they get very hot. Not ideal when you want to switch the heat off.
