Bit of a nightmare, a real hassle to put on and not particularly comfortable for baby or parent. Around 9 or 10 months we heard about baby wraps, and wished we'd known about them sooner. They are a little complicated to put on, but actually easier than the morph. They are much more comfortable. The boba wrap is a stretchy fabric which I believe makes it more comfortable for lighter babies, however the heavier the child gets the more it starts to slip as you wear it. She still goes in it at 15 months (and over 11kg) every so often and it still works though. It's only really officially suitable for carrying with the baby in front of you, facing toward you. With some experimentation you can try other positions (e.g. on the back, facing forward) but none are as comfortable and will depend on the age of the baby etc. We did get a lot of curious attention on holiday in Italy with this and we became a bit of a tourist attraction at times, people taking pictures with us etc.!
