Ok for what it is, lets be real - this is pricey! I paid £9.99 for it, which seems like a lot. However, I have bought stuff from UGREEN before and their products have seemed to have a certain quality! Maybe they just care about good quality stuff, I don’t know, but so far I don’t mind the slight “increase” in cost for a better product (too much). WHY did I need this to be solid and functional? I use it to connect my Canon 80D to a HDMI monitor. The Monitor has full size HDMI and the camera has a Mini HDMI output. So I connect this to the camera, then a full size HDMI from this to the monitor. Simple, fast, effective and it works flawlessly. Also, as my camera work is important, I didn’t want to go cheap and buy something that may cause me issues in to the future. I need this to work flawlessly 100% of the time, and it does! No complaints apart from the price - hence the 4 star rating (would have been 5 stars if it was slightly cheaper).
