The adhesive is very good. Use them on clean skin, remove them carefully, return them to their original backing strips and they should last a while. When they don't stick properly or curl up at the edges, you need to replace them. **Q: Are these fake?? After 3 uses they no longer stick and are unusable!!** A: Hi, in answer to your Q , as a person who uses these daily I’m surprised that after 3 uses you find them unusable. I would say that my experience of using these for approx1 hr a day, sometimes more usually have a life time of approx 2-3 weeks. I will say that I find all the Compex pads hugely over priced and the bigger pads don’t always last 2 weeks if using every day. This company certainly has us over a barrel when it comes to the necessity of buying extortionate priced pads that don’t last last too long if using every day.
