We have 2 small children. In the first week of using it it improved a bit but since then I have not seen the fox at all and the garden is clean. It does emit a high pitch noise but so happy with it. So I walked in front of the sensor and zip. Nada. Zilch. No bleeps, flashes or signs of life. The failed device is still out there now, broken, doing nowt, an advertisement of a useless product, as I suspect many others are too. After about an hour the loud beep becomes continuous, so I can't leave it on when I'm not around, or overnight, as it would upset any neighbours within about 30 yards. I don't know why the beep becomes continuous as the instructions just tell you how to set it up. I shall either return it or bin it.Update: As with another reviewer, I was offered a refund without going through Amazon, and asked to delete the review.
