I've tried to get advice from Easy Alarms but they don't answer the phone and haven't responded to my email. It's a shame because it may be a good system when it works but I find it hard to trust a seller who doesn't respond to requests for help. Next step trading standards ! ### ⭐⭐ PURPORTS TO BE DIGITEK, BUT IT'S NOT - AND IT WON'T TURN OFF! *by M***W on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 17 November 2017* I believed the alarm was a Digitek product (to work with spares I had from my last product) and as shown in the advertising - it is not, so is not compatible with my other system. Further, it has no "Off" switch - it's either chime high, chime low or alarm. I realise it is an alarm, but there are times when it needs to be turned off for a short while. That said, it does work as an alert to anyone, or anything, approaching my property. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ my second purchase *by G***F on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 28 March 2014* I bought this before,the first one just gave up the ghost after it was put through all weathers outside. Very simple to use bought the first ones after I had 2 bikes nicked out the garden. I use Velcro to hold it on my shed and kitchen window and nothing gets near my back garden and garage now without it alarming.
