The oil is really thick like honey, I tried using a disposable mascara wand but I felt like it put too much oil on and was too complicated having to buy wands all the time, so each night I just put a drop or two in my palm and used a q-tip to apply it to my lash roots(upper and lower) and put the rest on my brows. I don't have acne prone skin so it's not caused any styes or pimples. To be honest, I think this oil won't give you longer/thicker lashes than what is determined by your genes, but it will help them grow to their full genetic potential. The oil itself doesn't smell strongly, especially as you are only using a drop or two. This bottle would last a good few months. I don't know if it really darkens your brows/lashes as mine are naturally black anyway, but they are growing back so much better. Skin so smooth. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good for eyelashes and makeup removal *by I***H on 8 January 2018* This is my second order from Naissance, it arrived quickly and well packaged as last time, the bottle is made of plastic but doesn't feel flimsy at all and the lid allows you a good amount of control over how much product comes out. Its my first time with castor oil so I'm probably not the best judge of its quality, though it does seem to be heavy enough and the right colour. Though I've only been using it for just over a week (on the root of my lashes and eyebrows at night, and to remove makeup) I'm pretty sure my eyelashes are feeling stronger and less brittle, I haven't seen much change in length yet, but then I am trying to tackle a problem caused by my nervous picking at my eyelashes so I guess it can only work so long as I hold off pulling at them.
