If you are sensitive to any synthetic preservatives and so wish to avoid this then I would suggest you eat whole fruits and veg organically grown and get your Vit C that way. You may also like to try adding raw cultured vegetables to your diet as not only are they naturally high in Vit C but they are already enzyme activated making them highly bioavailable to the body i.e. easy to absorb. Its not what you eat its what you absorb that makes the difference. Alcohol is also a preservative and so if you are sensitive to alcohol e.g. have any liver disorders then avoid this.
