## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does anyone have any experience treating golfers or tennis elbow with this lamp?**
A: Infrared is usually used for deep muscle tissue but can relieve inflammation in joints as well. You must make sure lamp is a least 18” away from the area to be treated so as not to burn the skin and no longer than 8-10mins in one area at a time. Use every other day as to much use can cause heat damage to skin. Hope this helps

**Q: Do you need goggles on to use this?**
A: Hi Jen. You don’t need goggles. Just position the heat lamp on a solid surface about 12” from the area that you wish to treat. Do not use above the shoulder or neck

**Q: Does it help with spider veins? I have nsome on my face and legs and woild like to get rod of them**
A: No. Explore with specialist regarding your veins. Laser treatment may assist,sun protection. Further research will be beneficial. Good luck.
