**Q: How long does the re fill last? Mine is making a noise but I’m not sure anything is spraying so wondering if it needs a refill?**
A: If you can not see the spray when you press the manual button then it is empty. My one lasts 4 to 6 weeks. When the batteries fail it will not work at all even if you press the button.

**Q: What direction does this spray in and how close do you need to be to activate the sensor?**
A: Hello Dimitri, the spray goes straight ahead and you need to be about 1 metre away.  Hope this helps.

**Q: How tall is the unit please**
A: Hi, the height of the Sense & Spray unit is 14.5 cm

**Q: doesn't spray on motion.**
A: The batteries don't last as long as you think they should! The sensor isn't covered is it?
