There is no yellow or orange. The colours are very soft and muted when used dry but brighten a lot with water. I struggle with coloured pecnils in general as I am rarely happy with the finish I get and the colours are too garish - but those can spread just like paint and the slightly muted colours are very beautiful and unique. They are perfect for using with watercolours, or just by themselves, and they look great when used dry or when wet (which makes the colour much more vivid) .
