Review: Good Stuff.... - These arrived quickly and were well packaged. The tablets come in a resealable grip lock pouch, which is ok, though I prefer bottles. The tablets are the rich, deep green that is expected in a proper spirulina supplement. I have always taken spirulina supplements, because they are full of goodness. Our soil is depleted of nutrients due to thousands of years of farming, so the veg and fruit we have now, have a lower vitamin and mineral content, making it more difficult to get all of the nutrients we need solely from the food we eat. I tend to get low in calcium, potassium and magnesium, if I don't take any dietary supplements. Spirulina tablets provide an extra-healthy "super food" solution to these issues, providing additional vital vitamins, antioxidants and trace minerals our bodies need, making it an excellent all arounder. As an aid to maintaining a healthy mind and body, I take between 4-6 spirulina tablets daily. If I am feeling a bit run down, I increase the dose from 4 to 6 tablets daily, a few taken with each meal.
