I ordered these as I suffer from several health conditions that affect both my physical and mental abilities, plus I'm vegetarian and it can be difficult to find veggie/vegan friendly supplements. I've been taking them for a few weeks now in conjunction with a new healthy-eating plan (low carb/high 'good' fat). I'm sure that these have helped me in terms of my energy levels and mental alertness - I've had less brain-fog and not needed to nap/rest quite as much as usual. I've also lost a significant amount of weight, but I'm going to attribute that mostly to my new eating plan (though this supplement MAY have helped, I have no way of knowing for sure!). I don't think you would see results unless used in conjunction with a healthier lifestyle in general, ie: diet & exercise, though I would say this about any supplement.
