It does come out of its box and the reel on which the cling film is attached has a sort of cross in the middle, so I think you could attach it to the wall, but you might have to design something. Is it for catering? If so, it is surely more hygenic to keep it in the box inside a drawer or on top of a surface in the box, as it protects unused cling film.
