As a 47 year old "girl" who takes a great deal of pride in my appearance, my difficult to manage hair is the bane of my life and I needed something to give it a boost. I've been taking these since 17th December 2017 fairly religiously (have forgotten a couple of times) and I do think it has made a difference to my hair. It appears slightly thicker and I'd like to think it's making it grow a tad faster - my hair grows sooooo slowly, drives me mad. I did not expect these supplements to make any difference to anything else BUT my skin is so much better, ie less blemishes and better overall skin texture. I have been drinking a lot more water though so that may have something to do with it. I will definitely continue to take these.
