They are brilliant. I use them on the car steering wheel. My Husbands hands are always oily from work and the bandage wrapped around stops the steering wheel from getting oily and peeling, great grip too! I put some around my Grandsons pram handle and the bar across his buggy seat to stop them getting damaged/stained, also great for grip. A little bit wrapped around garden tool handles makes it easier on the hands.......the list is endless! It could be recommended that you wrap the bandage at least from just above the upper joint, to just below the affected joint (for example, for a sprained ankle, perhaps begin just above the knee, to just below the affected ankle). This may sound excessive, but really is important with regard to blood-flow & circulation.
