**Q: Do these work with low top sneakers?**
A: It all depends on the back of the shoe. My husband wears this with every shoe due to a shortage on his left side due to a hip surgery. They work perfectly fine in high or low top . Just make sure the back part of the shoe is a little higher so that depending on your height, ur heel is not slipping out.

**Q: Are these adjustable so that you can decrease the height as your ankle stretches out?**
A: The main insoles and the bottom piece which can be removed for lower height. It is adjustable for height increase or decrease only.
