I do not want to wear it around my neck. I prefer to have it around my size 0 waist and it was not made for that. I was able to adjust it to the point where I could get it to fit, but that leaves a lot of extra material just hanging loose. I am going to try to cut it and stitch it but I honestly don't know if I can find a needle that will go through such thick material.
