The waiting area never has enough seating and I let the ladies use the chairs. So this tiny chair works perfectly for me. It's small enough not to make a big production out of using it. I'm 6'1" and 215lbs and it holds me perfectly steady. This thing is small, light weight and would work perfectly for hiking, but I would not recommend for camping because you'll want to sit by the camp fire for a while.
