This one did not have those two rows so I selected this one. I needed the take to take out the dead grass in the lawn which required deeper/firm raking. This rake worked great and is well made, the tines are strong and rake well through the grass. The handle stays together. I did tighten one of the connections once after a lot of heavy raking.
